It was with some trepidation that I booked the retreat and travelled alone but I’m so glad I made that decision as I met such wonderful, like minded people and can’t imagine a better group to enjoy the experience with.

The sunrise meditations with Lou were inspiring, the yoga with Julee and Lou has increased my knowledge and practice to a whole new level. Julees stories are so great, can you add some to the new app please?
