Our Yoga retreats run all year around. We have winter Yoga retreats planned where toasting marshmallows by the fire and Yoga in the warmth of the stove fuelled Yurt are the order of the day! Similar Summer retreats range from Northern Norway where you have the delights of the Midnight Sun plus our Portugal retreat with Roof top Yoga has been a sell out so far.
Yes in a word. We have plans for one days retreats very soon, plus we have launched our first weekend retreat and many more are planned.
The majority of people come on their own and make great friendships, the yoga instructors and their helpers are extremely welcoming to everyone. There are always a lovely balance of having people to talk to but having solo time too!
We get that, it’s reasonable to worry about this especially if its your first Yoga retreat but from the knowledge of the retreats we have run, we see that people who share have gain lasting friendships and a wonderful connection that often is lacking in our daily life at the moment. Please trust us, you’ll be just fine.
Our retreats are mostly based on two sharing, mainly for cost reasons, the venues often only have 10-15 rooms so there’s a need to have some rooms as twin shares. But if you don’t want to share, we do have single occupancy rooms on most retreats.
We love beginners, often on Yoga retreats you’ll find that they ask for some experience of Yoga but not us. We take two instrucors on most retreats so that we can adjust the classes for beginners and again for intermediate & experienced yogis. A retreat is a great way to progress, to learn the basics in an environment that give you time to relax and take everything in. So don’t worry – we will adjust the classes to ensure you have a great experience

We ask for a deposit to save your place. 6-8 weeks prior to the departure date we ask for the final payment. The Deposit is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
